Page 1 of 17 IntroductionI really enjoyed playing The Witcher 2. If you've only heard the name, The Witcher series follows a character named Geralt, who is, coincidentally, a witcher. A witcher is a trained monster hunter for hire. They are mutants with supernatural abilities. A witcher carries two swords, one steel for humanoid creatures, and the other silver for monster types. The second game seemed to go a little faster and had some changes that made life a little easier, like negating the need to sit down and meditate every 5 minutes. Overall, it was very fun and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an adult oriented RPG.
Racing games are another genre that I quite enjoy. However, I prefer the arcade style games to the pure simulators. You won't see me playing Gran Turismo, however I would play Need For Speed. One of the more arcade style games that is rather fun are the Dirt Games. They are, in a sense, simulation, however the focus is on rally racing, which is much more fun and fast paced like a traditional arcade racer. As I mentioned in one of my last reviews, I drive a Lancer Evolution, which is Mitsubishi's pride and joy on the rally circuit. Most recently released was the 3rd iteration of the Dirt Series and along with that, all of the promotional products.
One of those products is the Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 Ultimate Edition. The 6670 Ultimate includes two special features that differ from a traditional 6670, the "Ultimate" passive cooling, and a key to Dirt 3. Under the hood the 6670 Ultimate is no different from a stock version. The core clock speed is set at 800MHz, while the memory speed is set at 1000Mhz. Onboard is 1 GB of DDR5 memory. The 6670 comes with 480 stream processors and a 40 nm chip. The interface includes a single HDMI, Display Port, and Dual-Link DVI input. All of the usual 6000 series features apply, such as DX 11, Eyefinity, OpenGL 4.1, UVD3, and AMD App acceleration.
