The Vantec NexStar USB 3.0 Hard Drive DockThe Vantec NexStar Super Speed USB 3.0 Hard Drive Dock will come packaged in a black box with the Vantec Logo on the front and the NexStar name on the face. The Box presented is minus some extra silk screening which will have the final specifications and features.
Once the box is opened, the NexStar Super Speed Docking Station is in full view and it's further protected from scratches by a cellophane wrapping. The docking station is white and has black lettering. The front has a power button that lights up in blue when turned on and the long bar underneath is the hard drive activity beacon.
The Vantec USB 3.0 docking station is for use with a single drive, either 2.5" or 3.5". Center right is an eject button, which pops up when a drive is secured in place. The docking station is SATA compatible. The back of the USB 3.0 hard drive dock contains the inputs for an AC power adaptor and a USB 3.0 cable. (Notice the USB 3.0 input is larger than a USB 2.0)
