When Cyberlink's Power2Go 8 is first launched, users are welcomed with a very easy to use intuitive GUI. There are seven different options to choose, starting with Data Disc and its submenu options for the type of media Data disc you wish to create. Subsequently, the following menus are basically the same down the line, with a few varying differences for each specific task.

Once you choose the desired media format, the GUI changes to the next screen, where you can choose specific files or a folder by simply dragging and dropping them into the lower area of the screen. At the bottom, Cyberlink has added a graph to show how full the disc will be once you have dragged all of your files over.

The options within the program are graphic icons and are simple and easy to use; I have highlighted and labeled them to make things a little easier to follow along. We will skip the basic adding / removing files and folders. Cyberlink made those simple enough to grasp.

Clicking on the Create a Secure area icon brings up a dialog box which gives the option of 128bit or 256bit encryption, as well as the option to hide the file names. When you click the OK button, Power2Go creates a new section where you can drag and drop the files you wish to be secured in a Red dialog box.

Once you have dragged and dropped the files or folders to the appropriate area of your choice, click the burn now button and Cyberlink Power2Go does the rest.
