How do you share photos of your kids, pets, vacations or anything you want to share with family or friends? If you're anything like my wife, you load up your digital camera until the memory card is full, then off load it to a file on your computer to get organized later on, maybe. Then there is that awkwardness of everyone trying to crowd around your computer to see what you're trying to display. Or are you one of those people who only show pictures on the tiny little 3” display of the camera itself? What about important files you want to save other than your photos, how do you save that information? Certainly CDs, DVDs and BDs are more than likely the most popular types of storage for most users.

There is an old saying “There is more than one way to skin a cat” and recordable media, regardless of its forum, has a vast amount of uses, whether it's saving files, pictures, transferring data between work and home, or even backing up your system. Wouldn't it be nice to create a Video disc, with a few simple clicks of a button, and share all of those important memories on your television rather than crowding around your computer? How about backing up all your most essential files for work or home with a simple click or two. The inherent issue at hand is how do we get it to the media of our choice with the utmost reliability, so that we have access to it when we want it. Cyberlink is a company dedicated to such endeavors, and has made a host of software devoted to these types of problems for the everyday user.

Cyberlink Power2Go 8 is a software designed with a very simple and easy to use GUI for the everyday user looking for simplicity and reliability. Power2Go 8 covers everything CDs, DVDs, and BDs were designed to do, from creating backups of your OS to storing valuable information and photos.  Power2Go 8 is an all-inclusive software package which implements all the tools you need to easily copy all your media to any disc, as well as mount disc images with a virtual drive(s), rip, copy and edit your music and experience the ultimate in convenience with drag and drop burning.
