Yup, CES day one, well it was supposed to be. After arriving at the airport and standing on line for twenty minutes, we found out our flight was cancelled. So the wonderful people @ US Airways decided to put us on a flight to Phoenix with a connecting flight to Vegas from there. Well, that would have been all fine and good if the desk attendant checked us in at Phoenix airport. After running to the gate and because of US Airways rules, it was less than a half hour before the flight so we were put on standby. Not first but fifth. Needless to say, the first four standby’s went, and we got to stay at the Beautiful Phoenix Airport for 5 pleasure filled hours. The whole day is wasted and all of the day’s meetings had to be rescheduled. Hopefully, we'll have the energy to go to a party or two tonight, then maybe it all won't be a waste.
We finally arrived at our hotel in Vegas at approximately 4:15 PST, and I realized that at least one meeting could be salvaged so I decided to change and head over to see Antec and what new and upcoming innovations they were about to release.
