Powered by 3,072 CUDA cores, the NVIDIA GTX 690 delivers awesome gaming power close to double that of a single GeForce GTX 680. The GeForce GTX 690's frame is made from trivalent chromium-plated aluminum, providing excellent strength and durability as well as exotic looks that is the envy of all. The fan housing uses a thixomolded magnesium alloy for better heat dissipation and vibration dampening. When combined with dual vapor chambers and nickel-plated finstacks, the result is a quieter and cooler running video card compared to even a pair of GTX 680 in SLI.
