ConclusionProvided by: CoolIt No compensation was received for review of this product. Price Point Price: $69.99 USD Class: High End With an expected price point of $69.99 USD, the CoolIt ECO is in the High End of CPU Coolers. Reviewer's Opinion The CoolIt ECO A.L.C. is a very interesting cooling solution in many ways, provided you take it in perspective. Many will simply see a liquid cooler and expect it to be a world beater in CPU cooling, but that isn't really all the ECO is all about. It also needs to be kept in mind that the CoolIt ECO is an easy to install, self-contained, $69.99 liquid cooler. It is not a complicated, $200.00 CPU freezer. With this in mind, the CoolIt Eco is a very solid CPU cooler. It posted excellent temperatures through all of our benchmarks. It also offers the advantage of it's small stature. With the pump being smaller than a stock heatsink, there is nothing to impede airflow through the main body of the case. The increased airflow naturally keeps the inside of the case cooler which allows the individual components to run cooler. The increased overall cooling along with excellent CPU cooling is really what the ECO is all about. As far as installation the CoolIt ECO is fantastic to work with, both for the ECO itself and other components in the case. The small size makes getting to the mountings incredibly easy and I found it far less frustrating to swap it out than the Vendatta 2 I was benchmarking it against, even though the Vendetta 2 is a clamp only. Once installed The Coolit ECO A.L.C. blocks absolutely nothing in the case, you never have to work around it. If you are looking to do an extreme overclock, the CoolIt ECO is probably not the way to go. However, if you want excellent cooling even with a moderate overclock, along with all of the airflow and perks that go along with the increased room, the CoolIt ECO is an excellent choice. Pros:
