Page 1 of 7 IntroductionSo you went out and bought a new laptop. What did you get for accessories? A nice bag to carry it in? A Bluetooth or USB mouse so you don't have to use the touchpad? Maybe an extra large USB thumb drive, or data link cable, to transfer files from various computers? Was anything overlooked? Did you get a cooler with it? If you did, is it adequate for your use of the laptop?
Laptop technology has come a long way over the years. We are getting more power in these compact computer systems to match their desktop counterparts. Gaming laptops are coming out in force with CPUs and GPUs that are keeping up with today's games. Many people are using laptops as their desktop replacement. I can tell you that when I made my laptop purchase, I made sure it was comparable to my desktop in most aspects. With all of this power comes the bane of all computer systems, heat. Extended periods of use with a laptop can create tons of heat. This heat needs to go somewhere.
The XClio Hovercraft notebook cooler doesn't look like your average notebook cooler. The XClio Hovercraft has a very contemporary, almost futuristic look to it. The Hovercraft comes with six 4cm LED fans that deliver an ample flow of air underneath the laptop for maximum cooling. If you look at XClio and their style of accessories and computer cases, the Hovercraft follows suit.
