Page 1 of 6 IntroductionCPU cooler design has gone through changes since its inception. Some try to stay with a mainstream design to the point that there is almost no difference from the Intel or AMD stock coolers. Others try totally different approaches, like the option of fans or the materials used. Not to mention the designs involved in some of these, like the just recently reviewed SpinQ or NH-C12P which, if you did not know what they were for, you would be hard pressed to tell that they did the same thing. But CPU Coolers have always had one goal in common, which is to keep your CPU cool. This is something that most system builders really research to get the best cooling they can. But many factors come in to play when selecting the right CPU cooler, like design, air flow, size, and materials used. And while a certain CPU cooler may give better cooling performance, it may not be conducive to your air flow design or the style of your case. Some may just be too large for your case or your motherboard, and others may just be insanely difficult to install, or may warp your motherboard over time, which is not good for anyone.
The ZEROtherm Nirvana NV120 Premium CPU Cooler is designed to dissipate the maximum amount of heat quickly. The Nirvana NV120 by ZEROtherm is compatible with multiple CPU types. The Nirvana comes packed with a 120mm fan and has adjustable fan speeds. The NV120 Premium has a NI-plated base and heat pipes made of copper and aluminum fins weaved in a honey comb design, which allows for maximum air flow and better heat dissipation over the surface area. The Nirvana has an extended fan controller cord that allows for easy placement anywhere inside the case.
