The Zaward Vapor 120 CPU cooler comes in a red and black, glossy, cardboard box. The front of the box has a hole cut out with the blister packaging exposed, so you can see the Zaward fan for the Vapor 120. The back of the package lists off the specifications and features for the Vapor 120. The sides of the box list the special features in picture icons, as well as the new heatsink breathing technology and a graph of comparison testing they did with noise and cooling levels.
Inside the box, the Zaward Vapor 120 comes packaged in a plastic blister pack. The fan is separated from the heatsink within the package.
Once removed from the packaging, you can see how massive the Vapor 120 is. Zaward used aluminum alloy fins with copper heat piping inside. The bottom of the heatsink shows Zaward's H.D.T. technology. The heat pipes have direct contact to the CPU. When examining the top of the heatsink, you can see the breathable dimpled holes they put in the fins.
Zaward included a massive 120mm patented golf fan to go with the Vapor 120. The fins of the fan have a dimpled golf ball look to them. The fan also has a PWM function for speed adjustments, as well as blue LED lights.
The accessories that are included are a back plate, AMD and Intel mounting clips, 4 fan mounting wires, 4 M3 mounting screws, 4 hex screws, 4 standoffs, 4 collar nuts, 4 washers, a tube of thermal paste, 1 hex key, and an installation manual.
