Page 1 of 10 IntroductionEvery once in a while, a unique experience comes your way, and gives you a story that you'll be able to tell for years to come. The story usually carries with it some bizarre and unusual occurrence that gives most that hear it a really good laugh. Sometimes the outcome is good, other times it is bad, but almost certainly, every time the story will bring a smile to just about everyone’s face. Well, I would like to tell you one such story that centers on the “case of the locked up case”. What started out as a normal day for me would take an unexpected turn at around 6:00 pm with a phone message on my voicemail. The message stated that the police department in my local town in NJ was trying to get in contact with me and that I should call the detective in their evidence department. Not knowing what could possibly be wrong, I promptly called the detective’s cell phone number to find out what was wrong. After a brief introduction, he stated that a package addressed to me had been delivered to the wrong address and that the police had been called because it was considered a suspicious package. At this point, I had a pretty good idea what it was, since I had been expecting a package by UPS anyway. This is where the story gets interesting. After several calls back and forth, the police gave consent for me to pick up the package. They had confirmed that there were no illegal narcotics or substances after having the dogs sniff down the package and then unpacking everything and thoroughly searching it. Under normal circumstances, I could understand all of this, but it was quite puzzling that they needed to bring in the dogs to check a box clearly labeled as a computer case, shipped directly from the manufacturer. The best part is that I had to drive down to the police station, straight from classes, still dressed in my rather interesting clothing style, completely covered in tattoos to pick up a computer case that had been strip searched and sniffed down by dogs for drugs. I want you to imagine the look on the police detectives faces when they see a tattooed, skater dressed guy come in to the police evidence department to pick up this case they thought contained smuggled drugs. Needless to say, I got to sit through a thorough questioning, as well as fill out paperwork like I was getting a mortgage or something, just to bail out a computer case. All while I tried to pack up one of the larger full tower gaming cases that has dog hair all around it. What an experience. So the moral of this story is simple. Make sure that the address is right and please don’t ever try to send me drugs in a computer case because I wouldn't want to have to explain that to these fine detectives. Here’s to the case of the locked up case and what a case this is from Thermaltake. The Thermaltake Armor Plus gaming case is a sturdy, full tower case featuring many aesthetic, as well as functional, features. The Thermaltake Armor Plus case features ample room for several internal and external drives with screw less installation. The Thermaltake Armor Plus easily accommodates a multitude of system components, water cooling systems, peripherals, and just about anything else you could throw into a computer case. Thermaltake has been building high quality computer components for many, many years now and have always created top notch equipment. Their reputation speaks for itself, as many of their components find homes in many high end builds.
