Introduction

As a kid, I was constantly reminded by my parents to keep quiet and always told that children should be seen and not heard. This actually affected me in several ways during my adolescent years. Subconsciously, I fought back, interrupting conversations to get heard and trying to get my point across to whomever was speaking at the time, before I had all the facts. As I grew older, it became apparent that the lesson they were teaching was not to be quiet but to listen instead. Listening is a very hard thing to master, we all hear but I find most of us really never listen.

Cooler Master Silencio 450 Case

Cooler Master, as most of you know, has been in the case manufacturing business for many years. They've produced several different lines, targeting the gamer, enthusiast, and average user, and has brought both looks and functionality to those markets. They don't just hear but listen as well, by continually making changes and improvements to their current line of cases. The Cooler Master Silencio is one of these that repeatedly get better. The Silencio 450 not only sports a new look that's beautiful, but brings with it functionality, as well. Cooler Master continually stays on the forefront of 'tecknowledgy' with innovative designs, that not only look good but function the way they were designed to.

The Silencio 450 from Cooler Master has the features most of us are looking for, silence being one of them, and ease of use being the other. The Cooler Master Silencio 450 has incorporated into its chassis a sound deadening material that’s thinner and denser than previous models. They've also added some silent fans to go with it. Cooler Master has looked at making access to peripherals easy, as well. The Cooler Master Silencio now has an easy access front door that leaves the I/O panel exposed. This means you don’t have to open the door to plug in any components, it’s right there at your fingertips. The front door of the Silencio 450 is Omni-directional, as well, and will open either right to left or left to right, allowing usage from either side of your desktop. Cooler Master has also made provisions on the Silencio 450 for gamers and average users. The Silencio will now support the larger video cards and has also been upgraded to support several different sizes and types of storage. By doing this, the Silencio leaves you with options for both speed and capacity.
