Page 1 of 7 IntroductionE-Sports has grown exponentially over the last few years and is, quite possibly, the most revolutionary sports event of the decade. Just as the number of players and eSports fans multiplied, the industry supporting competitive gaming has exploded. Many products today are tailored specifically for the eSports industry, creating a product line that targets a market audience that has a much more specific set of needs than the average gamer. Cooler Master, as one of the leading names in PC cases and components, launched their CM Storm line for this very purpose.
Cooler Master has manufactured several award-winning peripherals under the CM Storm line but has also developed a line of chassis that are designed for hardcore gamers and LAN party regulars. When you bring your system out in public frequently, you will require a case that can stand the rigors of travel while being able to house the latest enthusiast components.
The CM Storm Trooper is a full-tower case that is designed with enthusiasts in mind. The CM Storm Trooper has a rubberized exterior coating that can withstand scratches and scrapes that will damage the average PC chassis. For portability, the CM Storm Trooper is also outfitted with a heavy duty carrying handle which can lift up to 95 lbs. Gamers with multiple video cards will also be glad to hear that the CM Storm Trooper can fit up to four video cards in Quad-SLI or Quad-CrossFireX mode with its 9 + 1 PCI-E expansion slots. Water cooling enthusiasts also have plenty of options to mount multiple radiators to the top, front or side of the CM Storm Trooper. For the serious LAN gamer, the CM Storm Trooper is geared up and ready to go anywhere you want to go.
