Page 1 of 5 IntroductionOur connection with everyone seems to revolve very much around the use of technology. The abilities to stay in contact with one another at all times and to be able to keep the constant flow of information moving without it ever coming to a halt has greatly improved with the ever changing technology of cell phones. We have come a long way since the days of the large, bulky cell phones of our earlier generations. Now we have the technology that allows us to email, text, call, surf the web, and just about any everyday tack imaginable.
The growth in technology took a huge step with the introduction of the iPhone by Apple, which revolutionized the way we utilized our cell phones. The touch screen interface with the enormous selection of applications allowed users to accomplish just about any task, anywhere, anytime. With the growing technology came the increases in price to gain access to such technology. This has given rise to the need for accessories to come along to protect our precious investments.
The Otterbox Defender series case for the iPhone provides the high level of protection needed. The Otterbox Defender series case features three layers of protection. This case disassembles from the outer rubber to the inner plastic case that completely encompasses the iPhone. Once the phone is in the case, virtually nothing can get to it and the case even has a built in screen protector and a holster to clip it into for easy carrying.
