Nero Powers Android-to-PC Syncing on Sharp Mobile Phones MediaJet powered by Nero App Comes Pre-Installed on Sharp Mobile Phones for Wireless Syncing of Personal and Premium Photos, Music and Videos Consumer Electronics Show, Las Vegas, NV (Jan. 10, 2012) – Sharp Mobile Phones is using Nero® technologies to give its smart phone customers in Japan the ability to sync photos, personal and premium videos, and music playlists between their mobile devices and PCs wirelessly and through the cloud. The MediaJet powered by Nero app comes pre-installed on the new AQUOS PHONE THE HYBRID SoftBank 101SH and AQUOS PHONE SoftBank 102SH models available from SOFTBANK MOBILE Corp, as well as on the new docomo with series™ AQUOS PHONE SH-01D and docomo with series™ AQUOS PHONE slider SH-02D models available from NTT DOCOMO. In addition to content syncing, MediaJet powered by Nero also lets consumers easily manage their media libraries across multiple devices; create new music playlists; play music and videos in optimal quality; and enhance and share photos with just one click. It features built-in support for Microsoft PlayReady™ digital rights management technology to allow consumers to manage, play and transfer purchased music and movies.
As more consumers adopt the on-the-go lifestyle, the platform will provide a much needed service in managing consumers’ digital media. MediaJet, an app powered by Nero, will come pre-installed on Sharp Mobile phones in Japan giving customers the ability to sync photos, personal and premium videos, and music playlists seamlessly between their mobile devices and PCs wirelessly and through the cloud.
