Getting tired of my case.

I have had my Raven 2 for about 3 years now and need a change.
I can't lift because of the back surgery but I nee a full tower a mid tower will not do it.
I have had the opportunity to review a few cases but did not based on the fact they would have been too heavy for me to lift after the components were put in.

I am also keeping it under the desk. I have an l shaped layout and would put it on the angle where the the vertical meets the horizontal. there is no other place to put it.

I need light versatile and great cooling. I could have had a Cosmos II, A new case that has not been released yet and a couple other great choices buttttttt weight is a factor.

Not sure you'll find many full tower cases lighter than your Raven 2. How about installing a set of casters on it to aid in moving it around a bit easier. I know it won't be any lighter.

I would say Lian Lis will be heavy, they build them sturdy and don't cheap out on materials.

Some of their aluminum cases aren't too bad, like this one (it's lighter than my cat) lol

When looking for light in a PC case you are talking "Aluminum ".

As Manduh pointed out, Lian Li is tops for aluminum cases.

My bad, guess I never really noticed how much steel Full Tower cases weght. The PC-A70F actually weights less then my 690 II, which is Middle Tower... I feel like such a noob :roll:
