Danger Close is getting closer to making a more personal and dramatic first person shooter for the totally revamped Medal of Honor franchise, when Medal of Honor: Warfighter launches on October 23.Game players will meet Preacher, who leads a squad of elite soldiers to battle terrorists on a world wide scale.
TomSnider reporting for USA Today has more of the inner workings and comment reported earlier with reference to game-play and exclusive interview content with Greg Goodrich the executive producer.
Medal of Honor: Warfighter also uses DICE's Frostbite 2 game engine, the same engine that was used for Battlefield 3.No doubt that the Somalian "Pirate Town" environment shown at E3 was intricately rendered, and Goodrich continues, “Warfighter promises to be a truly unique and compelling experience.”

Executive producer Greg Goodrich had mentioned in a taped interview “We have integrated this connection into the game so that you can choose a fire team buddy and be able to track him through any situation from any distance." For example, even between walls, foliage, buildings etc, should your buddy be taken out stay out of sight and he will be able to respawn directly on your (location)," Goodrich says. "If you are the more aggressive type, hunt down and slay the enemy who killed him and your buddy will instantly respawn without any additional waiting time."
Electronic Arts has released a new video to reveal Preacher's story in Medal of Honor Warfighter's Single Player campaign as Preacher and his fellow teammates are sent in to solve the problem in the video below.
