About Legion Contests (Please Read)

In order to give back to our community and extend our reach to others whom may not be aware of our presence, HiTech Legion hosts contests.

HiTech Legion hosts contests one of two ways,
1. A product that HiTech Legion has reviewed and is giving away after its review.
2. A product that is sponsored directly by the manufacturer.

All products which are sponsored by HiTech Legion will be sent from HiTech Legion within 4 to 6 weeks of completion of the contest.

All products sponsored by a manufacturer will be sent by the manufacturer within 4 to 6 weeks of completion.

(Prize receipt and hold harmless)
1. When a prize is sponsored by HiTech Legion a confirmation or tracking number will be sent to the winner via email when shipped.
2. When a prize is sponsored by the manufacturer the winner may or not be notified of shipment.
3. HiTech Legion will not be responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
4. In the event a manufacturer does not ship a prize they have sponsored HiTech Legion will attempt to contact the manufacturer for release of the prize for a total of three months. After which no further attempts will be made with the manufacturer to attempt to collect the prize.
5. HiTech Legion will not be held responsible for prizes not shipped by a manufacturer who is sponsoring a product.

This disclaimer will cover all contests and giveaways.
